Heritage Home Revamp Christchurch

Our client moved their young family into this beautiful historical homestead. Once they’d completed work to enhance the architecture they came to Team Goom for help to do the same for the outdoors. The existing landscape was somewhat underwhelming with an overgrown garden and old deck. The entire layout required an upgrade to compliment the family and the homestead.

The client had plans to build a new garage so the landscape implementation was set up in two stages – the main entertaining spaces and front door entrance were carried out, we left the site while the garage was constructed and returned around 6 months later to complete the driveway and vehicular entranceway.

Our team worked with the local council to ensure we followed local bylaws around the Protected and Notable trees on the property, resulting in careful ground prep and permeable paving solutions.
